Beautiful & Delicious pastry, made with care​

As long as I can remember, baking has been one of my greatest passions. As a child, baking an apple pie was one of my favourite things to do.

​​

While working as a pharmacist, I decided to take my love for baking a step further and enrolled in pastry classes at Spermalie in Bruges, Belgium. Two years later, I proudly graduated as a pastry chef.

I discovered a particular love for French-style patisserie: elegant creations made with care, where taste always comes first.

I believe that the love and care put into every creation can be tasted. That is why I pay great attention to the ingredients I use, choosing high-quality products and organic ingredients whenever possible.
